Health Promotion Coordinator

East Gippsland Primary Care Partnership (EGPCP) are an alliance of health and community care agencies across the Gippsland region working together to build the capacity of organisations, communities and individuals to improve health and well being of our communities. To help us achieve these goals.

Do you have:
•The ability to build relationships, partnerships, goodwill and trust amongst agencies?
•The ability to inspire and lead change management processes?
•Excellent project management, writing and organisation skills?
•Tertiary qualifications or professional experience in working in public health, health promotion, community development, allied health, project management or integrated chronic disease management?
